The landlords had admitted the liability and carried out the refurbishment. However, the landlord’s refurbishment, which was said to have been completed, was below the building standards and made the flat not marketable. You gave us a quote for putting the flat up to marketable standards. Your Team refurbished the flat again and brought it back to a high standard and beyond. Each room has its own ‘comfort’ identity and is pleasing to the eye. Your Team has carried out the work with care, attention to detail, and passion. The bathroom is beautiful. The lamp shades in the rooms are well-chosen. You went ‘beyond your call of duty’ to fully equip the kitchen, fitting shelves and lamp shades. All the doors were brilliantly painted.
